ORDER ACCEPTANCE AND MANAGEMENT
All orders received via www.kuboox.it will be processed within 24 working days.
Online orders created using a procedure other than that provided on the www.kuboox.it website are not accepted.
Any other orders (for customised supplies) received by KUBOOX srl from outside the site, are not considered “online orders” and will be managed according to the procedures agreed between KUBOOX srl and the customer directly and in writing.
GENERAL TERMS OF SHIPMENT (TRANSPORT AND DELIVERY)
KUBOOX srl guarantees the shipment of items purchased online within 5 working days from the order and paid by PayPal or Credit Card or within 5 working days from the verification of payment by bank transfer or other possible offline method.
All shipments of KUBOOX srl products, are entrusted to national couriers and will be carried out according to these general terms and conditions.
1. Delivery methods
Deliveries shall be deemed to have been made on the ground floor, house number of the consignee, accessible to normal means of transport. Deliveries to premises higher than the ground floor or in any case to other locations than the usual ones, shall be considered as additional and supplementary services to the “normal transport contract” and as such shall be agreed and taxed in accordance with the agreement between the parties and in consideration of the extent of the service.
Unless otherwise agreed, the fees shall be determined at the time of departure and shall be borne by the recipient.
2. Fragile goods
The goods travel at the recipient's risk. The sending of the same by the writing company does not imply acceptance of responsibility in the event of damage and/or breakage. It is recommended to check the integrity of the goods or packaging before signing the delivery note to the Courier.
3. Stocks
Goods that cannot be delivered to the consignee for any reason not attributable to the carrier or the sender, as well as goods awaiting instructions from the consignee, will be stored in custody for a fee to be agreed upon in the tariff conditions. Any instruction to release the storage will only be effective if given in writing. Any redelivery of the goods shall be subject to all costs incurred in connection therewith and shall be treated as a new consignment.
4. Delay in delivery of goods
No mandatory delivery date shall be binding on the Company, and the Company shall not be liable for any damage resulting from late delivery of the goods. Terms such as "urgent" or similar shall not be binding on us. In the event of exceptions agreed with the company in writing, the company's liability shall never exceed what is required by law. In particular, the company shall not be considered in default in the event of failure to comply with any terms agreed in writing, in the event of acts or events beyond the company's control, including incomplete or incorrect communication of the data relating to the delivery; the recipient's unavailability or refusal to receive the delivery; acts of force majeure such as, by way of example but not limited to, acts of public authorities in the exercise of their mandate, riots, strikes or other industrial disputes, piracy, weather events, etc...
